Brazil's central bank to offer forex repos on Wed

SAO PAULO, April 28 (Reuters) - Brazil's central bank said on Tuesday it will offer an unspecified amount of dollar repurchase agreements in an auction on Wednesday as part of an ongoing effort to add liquidity to the financial system.
The bank will offer repos with three separate maturities in the auction: June 1, July 1 and Aug. 3.
In addition to repos, the central bank has occasionally sold foreign currency swaps and dollars from its international reserves in recent months to ease a liquidity crunch in the foreign exchange market. (Reporting by Jenifer Correa; Writing by Elzio Barreto; Editing by James Dalgleish)
