Venezuela's Chavez says joint Brazil fund planned

QUITO (Reuters) - Venezuela and Brazil are planning to create a joint fund worth billions of dollars, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said on Saturday.
Chavez gave no further details, but Venezuela already has infrastructure investment funds with other countries including China and Ecuador.
