Chavez Offers $300 Million Loan for Bolivia Highway, EFE Says

July 17 (Bloomberg) -- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez will provide his Bolivian counterpart Evo Morales a $300 million loan to construct a highway in the north of the Andean country, Spanish news agency EFE reported.
Chavez, Morales and Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva will meet tomorrow in Riberalta, Bolivia, to discuss the economic development and environmental protection of the Amazon region, EFE said.
